Yes, as it also confirmed by the Hungarian Tax Authority if the billing program and the data supply module both meet the criteria of promptness, automated real-time invoice data supply and manual intervention is excluded. The decree allows the use of a data supply module supplied by an external third party and also enables cloud-based data supply.

The Connectax team has built its service on shared responsibility. The billing program and its operator is responsible for generating the XML documents when the invoices are issued in the manner set out in the Online Invoicing Decree and for forwarding them to Connectax.
