Request quoteEvery taxpayer organization in Hungary is obligated to report invoices in the NAV Online Invoice System, and the reports’ data content must completely correspond with their original invoice layout. The list of invoice scenarios subject to this obligation has consistently been extended since 2018, to the point where all domestic (B2B & B2C), intra-community and export invoices are included. Defaulting this obligation, or deviating data content is sanctionable up to HUF 500.000 (~ EUR 1.500) per invoice.
