System workflow

Through a secure connection to the taxpayer entity's invoicing / ERP software, the Connectax Invoice e-Reporter:

1. Acquisition of invoice data

Acquires invoice data from the invoicing / ERP software in an XML format, which is to be sent to the Tax Authority.

2. Verification / conversion

Verifies and/or converts data structure to meet structural requirements of NAV Online Invoice System (Optional).

3. Secure transmission

Transmits invoice data to the Tax Authority's system over a secure and encrypted channel.

4. NAV Communication

Acquires and stores NAV invoice data transmission results and messages.

5. Intuitive feedback

Processes and provides visual feedback of NAV transmission results and messages for the user, and optionally for the ERP software as well.

6. Automized alerts

Based on User settings, automatically sends detailed notifications to your entity's assigned employees.

7. e-Invoice alerts & Archive

Sends automized notifications of incoming NAV Electronic Invoices, and archives them in compliance with legal requirements.

As a perfectly closed and cost-efficient electronic invoicing system between you and your partner(s), you can continue using your current ERP system, provided that your partner can acquire incoming invoices from the Tax Authority's system.
